Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the PinTagged browser extension and associated services ("PinTagged," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use PinTagged.

2. What PinTagged is

PinTagged is a browser extension that lets you save, categorize, annotate, and organize places you find on Google Maps. Some features require a free account; a paid subscription ("Pro") removes the free-tier save limit.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately (support@pintagged.com) if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan includes all features, with a lifetime allowance of 10 free saves, at no cost.
• The Pro plan removes that limit for a recurring fee, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and payment security; by subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or via the Paddle customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use PinTagged to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the extension or API, or exceed reasonable use in a way that degrades service for other users.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the notes, tags, and organizational data you create in PinTagged. We store it to provide the service to you and don't sell it to third parties.

7. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes affecting paid subscriptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using PinTagged and delete your account at any time by contacting support@pintagged.com.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PinTagged is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
