No charge, no refund applicable.
Pro subscription
- Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable for the current billing period once the period has started, except as required by law or at our discretion for genuine billing errors (e.g., accidental duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction).
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@pintagged.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it promptly.
- You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — cancellation stops the next charge but doesn't refund the current period.
- All payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record; Paddle's own buyer protection and dispute-resolution processes also apply and can be accessed via the customer portal link provided at checkout and in your receipt.
How to request a refund
Email support@pintagged.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
